Any service request is subject to property condition review, scope confirmation, and appointment and access confirmation before work is accepted.

Service charges are based on the confirmed scope and condition of the property, and a final price is not fixed until that review is completed. Where a deposit is requested, the amount and payment terms will be stated in the applicable quote or booking confirmation, and accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card, or cash on site.
